How long do I have access? Toggle
You get ongoing access, including content updates as the field evolves. If a module is replaced, the newest version becomes available automatically.
Do you provide certificates? Toggle
Yes. After you complete final assessments for a course, you can download a completion certificate. Keep your name consistent in your profile so the certificate renders correctly.
Are there prerequisites? Toggle
Start with Foundations if you’re new. Each advanced course lists precise prerequisites (math, Python, or prior modules) on its details page so you can self-check before enrolling.
Can I get a refund? Toggle
Refunds are available under our policy when requested within the eligible period and if completion thresholds are not exceeded. Contact support with your purchase email and approximate order date for a quick review.
How do updates work? Toggle
When we revise lessons or add new modules, they appear automatically in your dashboard. We also include “what changed” notes so returning learners can jump straight to updates.
Do the courses include projects? Toggle
Yes. Most tracks include guided projects, datasets, and evaluation rubrics. You’ll also learn how to present results: metrics, ablations, and practical error analysis.
What if I get stuck? Toggle
Use the “Ask Hint” modal for search terms and a suggested next step. If you’re blocked by setup issues (CUDA, drivers, environment), open the Support modal and we’ll help triage quickly.
Do you cover MLOps and deployment? Toggle
Yes. Relevant modules cover experiment tracking, reproducibility, packaging, inference optimization, and monitoring. We focus on practical patterns you can apply to real systems.
